I always say ‘when you do what you love it doesn’t feel like work, and the money will come’!
What an amazing year we have had with the constraints of COVID being lifted and in person networking able to take place again! Those who know me will say that I am a born networker, however, being old school I prefer to talk with people who are in the same room as me…the energy is so much higher! So, I loaded up my calendar with networking functions and met some very amazing people! Looking forward to see what we will all do together in 2023!
Another highlight of 2022 was the introduction of college interns to Exclusively First Responders! What a joy it has been to work with these incredible individuals! I am so very grateful for each and every one of them; Kerwin Cayton (grant writing and event planning), Lacey Periera (App development and social media), David Diaz (marketing and event planning), Melissa Relis (social media/marketing), Jessica Diaz (non-profit law), Primm Sun (film). What an absolutely awesome team! I am so happy to say that most of them plan to stay on even though their semester is over. We are truly grateful!
