First responder families face significant challenges. When a parent or spouse is a first responder, they often work long shifts and odd hours. The work itself is highly demanding and stressful. These pressures can take a toll on the family unit, causing strain on marriages and parent-child relationships. Our family ‘Take My Hand’ program is designed to work alongside our first responder program to help heal the family as a unit. If your family suffers the effects of PTSD, addiction, and suicide ideation, we offer the best in the business to help repair a broken family.
Getting mentally healthy and sober can be accomplished at any licensed rehabilitation center, and that's a good thing! But STAYING SOBER is the SOLUTION! We can help you STAY SOBER through our Proprietary Coaching Program. Contact us today for your private consultation about your personalized treatment plan.
Confidential and Comprehensive Every person is unique, with their own set of life issues and habits. We believe that a healthy body sets the foundation to begin your program and a clear mind. Our progressive programs lead with a holistic approach which we have found creates the perfect environment for personal transformation.
EMOTIONS are what move us...Families are encouraged to take advantage of our full program of Family services which are designed to teach the family what to expect from this life changing experience. Be involved in the recovery process and work together to find the right solutions for you and your loved one. Love, Compassion and Understanding are the foundations of a healthy 'family unit', it is our goal to help heal the individual along with the family.
Heal among your Peers Our clients are surrounded by a group of their peers which begins their journey in a safe environment. Our unique approach to wellness begins with the client as the co-author of their recovery program and we have found that by being a part of the planning process, not only are they receptive to change, but they recover quicker and stay well and sober on their life's journey.

Did you know that first responders die by suicide more than in the line of duty? Without these brave men and women, who would help us in our most vulnerable times of need? Please help support our cause to help first responders overcome PTSD before another one of our hero's makes the final decision to end their life.

Emergency first responders are suffering from post-traumatic stress in record numbers, but they are often afraid of losing their job if they ask for help; this must change. PTSD911 is a documentary film about real people: normal, average human beings who have chosen to work in professions that require above average heroism, fortitude, and resolve. These men and women have jobs that require a willingness to face things that most of us can’t even imagine, yet maintain a high level of dignity and professionalism. First responders in fact repeatedly see and experience things that most of us will never see, causing compound issues related to post-traumatic stress injuries and disorders. "We expect them to show up when we call and take care of us when we’re at our worst!" - Director, Conrad Weaver

We believe there is no greater mission than helping veterans, first responders, and their families rediscover hope, purpose, and a future that is truly worth living.
Traumas that affect combat veterans and first responders touch everyone: families, friends, neighbors, and the community.
To help transform struggle to strength, Ray’s Hope Rescue and Exclusively First Responders are working side by side to create safe facilities where those who are struggling are embraced and understood, and where they can find the path to a life worth living.
-Nearly 30% of the 3 million Post-9/11 combat veterans and active first responders struggle with traumatic stress.
-We lose more First Responders to suicide every year than in the line of duty.
-Studies consistently show that conventional treatments such as talk therapy and pharmaceuticals alone, are either ineffective, inaccessible, or both.
-We also believe that trauma is contagious, and our programs are designed for the entire family.
-Did you know that 20 veterans die every day by suicide EVERY DAY
-Did you know that First Responders commit suicide 37% more than the general population (source: SAMSHA)
Our combined mission:
To Guide First Responders and Military Veterans to a place of Well being and to help them to thrive in the aftermath of their trauma.
Our programs teach our participants how to make peace with their past, live in the present, and begin planning for their future and are based on the science of Posttraumatic Growth (PTG), a process designed to transform times of deep struggle into profound strength and lifelong growth.
WE understand the sacrifices and stresses of military, first responder and veteran families. We believe that each family member plays a crucial role in the health and wellbeing of the entire family.
Through our signature Family programs, families have an opportunity to learn more about themselves and each other and rediscover the love and connections that brought them together.
DEVELOPMENT
In 2023, Ray’s Hope Rescue and Exclusively First Responders, both 501c3’s, agreed that with their missions in total alignment it made sense to pull resources and combine efforts to fundraise for our causes and created ‘US Frontline Collective’ as a team and will encompass military, first responders and frontline workers who are in need of our services.
Located in Santa Clarita Valley, CA, The US Frontline Collective Hub will serve as the collaboration center for the development, delivery, study, and scaling of our groundbreaking therapeutic facilities and posttraumatic growth-based programs.
With more military veterans and first responders living in Santa Clarita Valley than anywhere in the United States, our local community has been an invaluable strategic partner and supporter, enabling us to begin helping military vets, first responders and their families right here in our own backyard.
The first of many fundraising ventures as a team will be held MONDAY, APRIL 29, 2024 at the Sand Canyon Resort & Country Club. Be sure to save the date. For more information about the event, to learn more about US Frontline Collective, or to see how you can be of service, visit www.usfrontlinecollective.org
The day is planned for the whole family to have fun! Come early to enjoy the community street market, animal shows, games, contests, magicians, and other exciting amusement…and don’t forget the great food and to support first responder and military families who are affected by ptsd, mental health issues, addiction and suicide ideation.
It is not required, but we sure would appreciate it if you would register here so we can project how many people to expect. And, if you pre- register, you will receive free raffle tickets for goodies.
For more information on how you can become a vendor, please email our team at contact@usfrontlinecollective.org

Have you or perhaps someone you know, ever had to call 911? Probably so, and, without a doubt you knew that a team of first responders would arrive quickly to assess the situation, take action, and save lives….consistently, day-in and day-out.
I’ll bet you didn’t know that many of these heroes are suffering in silence. Here is an unsettling fact you may not know; First Responders are committing suicide 30-40% more often than the general public!
I know all too well because a lifelong friend of mine did just that!

HOW CAN YOU HELP US SAVE OUR FIRST RESPONDERS BEFORE ANOTHER DAY PASSES AND ANOTHER FIRST RESPONDER GIVES UP ON LIFE?
We understand the unique needs that First Responders are presented with, and we provide the solutions necessary to overcome these paralyzing, life threatening obstacles…Why?…because we are also First Responders, Family of First Responders and/or recovering from these griping illnesses ourselves – in other words, we have worn those shoes.
